Cracking paint system – Paint Primer No1

 

Two-components required to obtain the cracking effect , water based system for forming cracked, worn surfaces which can be easily sanded.

First apply a thin and even coat of component 1, once dried use a brush or spatula to apply the cracking paint component 2 the paint will crack as it is drying, the web structure and depth of cracks depends on the thickness of the paint layer 2.

After drying the painted surface can be sanded or inks and waxes can be applied to give depth of colour, it can be protected by waxing or lacquering.
